Mexican silver made it into English coins.

Around the mid-1550s, a new study shows silver from Mexican mines started being incorporated into English Coins. From 1515 to 1650 a new study adds hard data to theories uniting the transatlantic influx of silver to price had inflated. John Munro, whom is an economist from the University of Toronto says Scholars have known of this westward trade route before, which probably didn't become all that important until the early 17th century. These particular English coins reflecting a larger trend across Europe is still unclear. That has been silver reaching Spain around 1570 and France and Italy in 1575. It is said that the silver reaches Spain before any other country.
