Lifestyle choices can reduce the risk of Cancer.

The second-leading cause of death is Cancer in the United States and the first is heart disease. The different kinds of cancer and their risk factors are the following: -Prostate with a risk factor being of an African heritage or dietary fat -Lung with a risk factor of tobacco smoke -Breast and its estrogen -Colon/Rectum from High dietary fats, smoking, or alcohol -Lymphomas risk factor would be viruses -Urinary bladder from cigarette smoke -Melanoma of skin from ultraviolet light -Kidney and cigarette smoke -Leukemia from x-rays,benzene, virus -Uterus and estrogen -Pancreas from tobacco smoke and obesity -Mouth and throat risk factors are certain tobacco products or alcohol -Ovary from obesity or many ovulation cycles -Stomach from table salt or cigarette smoke -Liver from alcohol or hepatitis viruses -Brain and nerve from trauma or x-rays -Cervix risk factors are sexually transmitted viruses or tobacco. And their are other cancers as well but these were the highest numbers estimated back in 2007. With all the different kind of cancers out here and how easy it would be to get one, it is very important that we take care of our bodies and let healthy decisions alter our lifestyle.
